Cooking times are guides only. Remove product from packaging. If frozen, defrost thoroughly before use. PAN FRY 2 - 3 minutes: - Heat a large non-stick frying pan - Heat 30 ml of olive oil and garlic butter - Once hot, add prawns and fry on high heat for 2 - 3 minutes - Season with salt, black pepper and a squeeze of fresh lemon juice - Remove from pan and enjoy while still hot.
