Delivery Information

How we manage deliveries:

All orders are subject to a delivery charge which is calculated by the size and weight of the items in your order.  We also consider where the order is being delivered to. We only deliver within SA

Delivery Times

All our orders are processed within 72 hours from which receipt of payment. Delivery should take between 3-5 working days if within the Durban area and 5-7 working days for the rest of South Africa. A unique tracking number is issued to your order so that we can check the progress of delivery. At B. Nagiah's we make every effort to ensure you receive or order within a reasonable time frame.

Our Easy Returns Policy!

We will gladly replace or refund your purchase in the event of the product being defective or unsatisfactory. All that we require from you is that your return is logged within 10 days of the item being delivered. Please note that the following conditions apply:

1. The items are in a re-sellable condition
2. The item being returned qualifies for return
3. The items are in its original packaging with the relevant swing tags/ labels.
