Instructions
Preheat oven to 180 °C. Brush with oil and season. Roast uncovered on an oven tray for 50 – 60 min until juices run clear.

Keep refrigerated. Suitable for home feezing.

Our whole chicken bird with giblets is hand trimmed of excess fat and bone. It is air chilled, no water added. Our chickens eat a vegetarian diet of grains and pulses only.
