Place meat 100mm under the oven grill, and grill for 7 – 10 minutes for medium done, and 10 – 12 minutes for well done. Basting lightly with a marinade of your choice, or just olive oil, salt and pepper. Cooking Time(1): Temperature(1): Wattage(1): Method(2): Braai Directions(2): Position your braai grid, 100mm above moderate coals. Braai for 7 – 10 minutes for medium done, and 10 – 12 minutes for well done. Baste frequently with olive oil, chopped garlic, salt and pepper. Cooking Time(2): Temperature(2): Wattage(2): Method(3): Fry Directions(3): Use a cast iron griddle pan. Pre-heat pan until smoking hot.
