Our free range 4 chicken thighs and 4 drumstick portions are hand trimmed of excess fat and bone. It is air chilled, no water added. Our chicken has no routine antibiotics or growth promoters. They are free to enjoy the outdoors during the day and eat a vegetarian diet of grains and pulses only.
